Using Internet Responsibly
This is a reactive posting on Steph’ Blaming Something … response to Alex posting.
I definitely agree with her about that part of the job of schools, with parents, is to teach children to use the internet safely. We just need to look any survey about teenagers using internet to find out that many children have engaged in activities on the web which would be considered as potentially harmful (pornographic, given personal information on the internet or meeting face to face someone they first got to know on the internet). Therefore, it is our role to encourage children to use the internet and technology responsibly and within boundaries set.
